I purchase this item but it was never delivered to me. I made a ticket the same day letting them know i did not received it, they are telling me the warehouse said they send it but i never received it. no help and am pissed caused i paid for it

I'm disappointed in my purchase. I chose XXL in size which I'm an 16-18 typically. The garment that was supposed to be a dress fit as a shirt on me was tight and fit me like a fitted top. I wear an XL in tops, height is 5'2 and weight approx. 215. their size chart is inaccurate, don't waste your money!
